6 AM Wake-up + 4.5 hour roadtrip to Baltimore for 4.5 mins in the pit for Wolfmother = Priceless

DSC_0051.jpg

No, really, I’m not being sarcastic. Their set was TIGHT and I got to be up front. Ta-Dah! Much love to JP and Cameron- the best roadtrip fellows a gal could ever wish for. Shout out to Judy while we’re at it… and yay, no music throw down would be complete without the Spin and Musebox crews. Great way to cap off the summer ‘06 festival season, especially if you missed the others. Hopefully it will be run better next year. Please don’t make me rant. Whuh oh here it comes…

These fun-loving Chicago rockers have got to be the most honestly charismatic band ever … (read more)

Dude, what’s more intimate than a guerilla party gig? An instore perfomance for about 80 lucky people, that’s what! We checked in on Luke, Mattie, Gabe and Vito at the Soho Apple Store this Tuesday evening. It was a tag team celebration of the release of their new album ‘Pieces of the People We Love’ and the new version of iTunes 7. Totes definitely one of those you-better-be-up-front to really soak it in performances. Crowd control was TIGHT… (read more)
