In the name of Tears for Fears and Spandau Ballet: TTA’s video for ‘First Class Riot’ (with dolphins!) Word on the street is that this duo (with or without baseball bats?) will grace the Annex on October 19th. Best get their early. Remember Tokyo Police Club’s gig at BV’s showcase there last festival? I opened the door 6 inches and it was so packed this guy’s leg popped out. Let’s just say I pulled a u-ey, texted their publicist an apology, and caught them the next time around. Holla! Update from their N. American label Summer Lovers Unlimited (Slumrecs.com) : due to scheduling difficulties they will not be playing CMJ this year. Awwww!
